Just found out that my As Dark As My Fur has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence in the 2018 CWA communications contest. That means this mystery, the second in my Blackie & Care series, is eligible for a Muse Medallion. (I’m already the proud owner of a few of these.)
The CWA is the Cat Writers Association, an international professional association that was created to encourage professionalism of writers, broadcasters, artists, and photographers, and so As Dark As My Fur is joined on this list by articles on feline skin genomes, shelter practices, and cat dental care, as well as some gorgeous photos and illustrations.
